Frequently asked questions
Is your jewellery real gold or silver?
No. Our pieces are artificial (fashion) jewellery: plated brass or alloy set with glass stones, kundan-style stones or faux pearls. That is how we keep prices low while keeping the look rich.
Will it tarnish or irritate my skin?
Metal pieces carry an anti-tarnish coating. To keep the shine, avoid water, perfume and sprays, and store pieces in their pouch. If you have sensitive skin, check the materials listed on each product page.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, on eligible pin codes. You can pay the delivery partner in cash or by UPI.
How long will my order take?
Orders ship in 1–2 working days and usually arrive in 3–6 working days. You will get tracking updates by SMS, email and WhatsApp.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Yes — unused pieces in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. See Shipping and returns below for exceptions.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Add gift wrap in your bag for ₹39. We include a printed message card and can hide prices on the packing slip.

Returns and exchanges

- 2Pack the unused piece in its original pouch and box. We arrange the pickup.
- 3Refund or exchange once it reaches us — to the original payment method, or store credit for COD orders.
Not returnable: opened makeup and [confirm: earrings, for hygiene].
